This Supplemental Notice applies to certain Non-U.S. residents. In addition to the Global Notice, this Supplemental Notice describes certain privacy rights that you may have under local law. If you find that there is any discrepancy between the Global Notice and this Supplemental Notice, the Supplemental Notice will control.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to local law, if you reside outside of the U.S. you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the following:
- Access: The right to request confirmation of whether we process personal information relating to you, and if so, to request a copy of that personal information.
- Rectify: The right to request that we correct or update your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Erasure: The right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances provided by law.
- Restrict: The right to request that we restrict the use of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as while we consider another request that you have submitted (including a request that we update your personal information).
- Portability: The right to request that we export your personal information in a usable electronic format to another company, where technically feasible.
- Object: The right to object to processing of your personal information based on our legitimate interests at any time, upon which we will no longer process the information, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for our processing.
- Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw consent at any time, where we are processing your personal information based on your consent.
- Lodge a complaint: The right to make a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your personal information infringes your rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws:

- Australia: If you make a complaint, we will endeavor to respond to it as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by phoning 1300 363 992 or by email at enquiries@oaic.gov.au.
SUBMITTING A NON-U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS REQUEST
You can exercise the rights in this section by: (1) filling out a Consumer Data Request Form available here, or (2) calling us in the U.S. at 1-844-698-8905. You must provide any information marked with an asterisk in the Consumer Data Request Form. Once we have received your request, we will review the request to determine whether it can be verified. In some cases, we may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity. You may also contact us as described in the How to Contact Us section of the Global Notice. In some circumstances we may also require that you provide additional personal information to confirm your identity. We may also charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part, depending on the specific jurisdiction.
Please note that some of the rights mentioned above are not absolute and there may be certain circumstances where we are unable to fulfil a request that you have made.
