Linh has 21 years of experience in healthcare with a primary focus on audit, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, quality improvement, implementation support, UAT, and process documentation. Linh has provided project management and consulting support across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance lines, including health insurance exchanges, and in technical areas, such as health plan operations, quality analysis, and testing. Linh also is highly experienced in the interpretation, application, and research of legislative intent surrounding state and federal insurance regulations.
